An open band of brass, reeds and drums, there are over 30 musicians and dancers in the ERB family.

Red, white and wonderful! ERB is revving up the street fanfare for their third PVDFest parade with beautiful brass, thrilling reeds and foot-stomping percussion. Their musical influences range from New Orleans jazz to Middle Eastern klezmer, Spanish revolutionary songs to funk, rhythm & blues. They have been performing locally and nationally since 2009 in support of community programs, nonprofits, schools and arts organizations who fight for peace, justice and equality. In 2013, the ERB launched a music education program called the Extraordinary Youth Ensemble (EYE), and band members currently offer music lessons and courses on arts and social activism to students at Providence’s public schools.
