Chef Robert Sisca is the Corporate Executive Chef of G Hospitality, having worked at Bistro du Midi in Boston for almost seven years where he was the Executive Chef and Partner. During Sisca’s time at Bistro du Midi, the restaurant earned local and national recognition, including Boston Magazine’s Top 50 Restaurants, Improper Bostonian Boston’s Best French, Boston Magazine’s Best of Boston for Best Service, Food & Wine nominee for People’s Choice Award, among others.
Before Bistro du Midi, Sisca graduated from Johnson & Wales University, started his career at Gracie’s in Providence, honed his culinary skills in New York City at One if by Land, Two if by Sea before becoming Sous Chef at the Le Bernardin.
